widescreen dvd black bars

How I can fix a Sony Wega KV-24FV300 a constant black bars top and bottom of the screen?
I have regular cable, and bars are black in all contexts (TV, DVD, games). When I see a widescreen movie, there is a surcharge of two black bars above and below these bars (which is normal). There is also a white line where the image is consistent with the black bar at the top. There is nothing in the menu to resolve this problem. How I can get rid of them? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
Sorry you had this problem, tv is gone. horizontal lines. that the spirit to be getting more and more and skip to the end and leave a line int the middle of the screen is your actual television program. the rest is black, then back to normal and so on. we finally got the technology and said the bullet that burned and work were too expensive, it is best to get a new one. the $ 50 technology itself …. you agree, the extra bars you see when setting up the big screen TV, DVD or actual commands are usually established black bars. the TV trying to act normal and do not know the size of the screen.
